You pick the plan at the level you want, and if needed we can adjust the detail to suit your business. So you get exactly what you need.

The benefits are straightforward. All our service plans are led by a HR director. That means you get the benefit of a senior, experienced HR professional working for your business – and all the security that brings – but in a more flexible and cost-effective way.

Each of our service plans gives you a designated HR director, telephone support by trained advisors, bespoke HR documentation, online training courses, wellbeing support for staff and access to mediation or conflict resolution services. You’ll also have at least one on-site visit annually – more depending on what plan you choose – and a People Plan.

Additional services vary by plan. And if you want a package that’s bespoke to you, each plan can be added to from a range of HR, HSE or other business services.

Our Virtual Assured plan gives you a solid foundation and covers off everything you need to stay legally compliant. It includes a suite of bespoke HR documentation, telephone support from legally trained, director-level advisors, and management software to help you easily manage people, share critical documents, handle GDPR and generate reports.

Our Virtual Plus plan is for businesses who want to invest a bit more in getting the best out of their people - and therefore their business.

Plus gives you everything in our Assured plan, but with increased support and additional services. Telephone access is 24-hours, your designated director visits quarterly, and your People Plan is renewed annually. You also benefit from staff engagement visits and benchmarking report, and on-site Leadership & Management courses, over and above your access to online training. This is our gold-standard HR service plan, providing you with what’s essentially the same level of service as you would get should you have an in-house HR director. You benefit from all the same services as in our other plans, including 24-hour telephone support and bespoke HR documents, as well as monthly on-site visits from your designated HR director, annual staff and wellbeing reports, your annual People Plans, and online and onsite training. If required, additional services can be added on to this plan, both for HR and other areas, including HSE.
