Our Employee assistance programme (EAP) gives your staff free and confidential counselling and advice services they can call on when they need it, 24 hours a day. It’s one of the best things you can do to support your staff’s wellbeing.
Everyone is unique, and so the programme is set up for staff to refer themselves to the service, and with a toolkit of different mental health services available, including counselling, psychotherapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Solution-focused brief therapy, Person-centred counselling, and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
Our staff portal holds a wide range of information covering mental health, and topics which may impact on someone’s wellbeing.
